That’s why we offer the flexibility to choose between a knock-down (KD), Semi-assembled, Fully-assembled or Pre-glaze storefront system based on your preferences. Knock-Down Storefronts:
Our specialty lies in fabricating knock-down storefronts. Using the same CAD fabrication drawing process as assembled storefronts, we carefully craft and label each component for easy assembly. Each part is identified according to the provided fabrication drawings and delivered to your site. Your team can assemble the storefront and glazing process on site. Because of the smaller amount of pallets, that is a saving on shipping cost.
Semi Assembled Storefronts:
Based on your drawings, we meticulously construct non-glazed semi-assembled storefronts and create accurate CAD fabrication drawings. Once all parts are cut, we will assemble sub-sill, we will apply sealant to each end and screw the end dams. We will assemble the frame, we will apply sealant to all horizontals before assembling, we will cut all the glass stops to size, and all pieces are labeled for easy installation. We will ship the storefront frames semi-assemble in a professional packaging and handling directly to your job site.
Fully Assembled Storefronts:
Based on your drawings, we meticulously construct non-glazed fully-assembled storefronts and create accurate CAD fabrication drawings. Once all parts are cut, we will assemble sub-sill, we will apply sealant to each end and screw the end dams, we will drill all the anchor holes for faster installation. We will assemble the frame, we will apply sealant to all horizontals before assembling, we will install all gaskets to the frame and leave the gasket longer for shrinkage.
